Here’s the step-by-step process:
1. Initial Call
A quick conversation to walk you through how the franchise research process works, answer your early questions, and determine whether franchising aligns with your goals and timeline.
2. Franchise Assessment
You complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your background, strengths, market, lifestyle goals, and investment range. I research on your behalf and present a focused shortlist of 3–5 vetted brands, and together we choose 1–3 to begin formal conversations with.
3. Brand Conversations
You meet with the franchisors to learn their model, numbers, support structure, and expectations. I coach you through each step, provide preparation resources, and help you understand what to ask and what to look for.
4. Due Diligence & Validation
We review the FDD, financials, earnings structure, and territory information. You speak with existing franchise owners to learn the real day-to-day experience. I guide you through the entire diligence process so your decisions are based on accurate information—not assumptions.
5. Confident Decision
By this stage, you’ll know whether the franchise is the right fit or if we should explore additional options. There’s no pressure—just structure, clarity, and honest guidance so you can make the smartest decision for your future.

Later in corporate America, recruiting top finance talent, I saw something that changed me: even people earning seven figures felt no security or control. That’s when I realized what I already knew deep down — true control comes from owning a business, not relying on a job.
Through all of this, I learned something simple but life-changing:
owning a business is one of the greatest ways to achieve the three pillars of happiness — financial freedom, lifestyle freedom, and impact.
That became my “why.” And franchising became the “how.”
Franchising changed my family’s life, and franchise coaching gives me the chance to help other families create the same outcome — with more clarity and support than we had starting out. I’ve seen the mistakes people make, the questions they forget to ask, and what actually matters during diligence. My role is to help you cut through the noise and make decisions based on reality, not hype.
